What is Laser Dentistry?
Laser Dentistry is the use of focused light energy to perform a wide range of dental procedures on both hard tissue (tooth and bone) and soft tissue (your gums). Just about anything our dentists can do with a dental drill or scalpel, they can do better and, most importantly, more comfortably for the patient with their dental laser.
Digital X-Ray
When the dentist takes an X-ray with the computer, you receive between 40% to 60% less radiation exposure. We can all use less radiation exposure!
The dental team receives almost instantaneous results when X-rays are taken this way. Images can be manipulated to gain more information from each X-ray. This translates into less waiting time, shorter appointments, and enhanced care.
