“Zzzzzzzzzz… that isn’t the sound of a dentist’s drill, it’s the sound of me napping while Dr. Gaeta uses a laser on my teeth! I never thought of napping in a dentist’s chair before, but that all changed when I decided to try out the laser at Dr. Gaeta’s office. Since I now live in Moscow, Russia, I plan my dental appointments around my visits home to Sea Cliff.”

STATE OF THE ART DENTAL TECHNOLOGY
What is Laser Dentistry?
Laser Dentistry is the use of focused light energy to perform a wide range of dental procedures on both hard tissue (tooth and bone) and soft tissue (your gums). Rest assured, nearly everything achievable with a dental drill or scalpel can be done better and more comfortably for the patient with a dental laser.
Digital X-Ray
When your Dentist takes an X-ray with the computer, you receive between 40% to 60% less radiation exposure. We can all use less radiation exposure!
The Dentist receives almost instantaneous results when X-rays are taken this way. Images can be manipulated to gain more information from each X-ray. This translates into less waiting time, shorter appointments, and enhanced care.
